Refund Policy

Every magnet and keychain is made to order from your photos, so we can't resell them. That shapes how refunds work, but we always want you to be happy with your order.

If something's wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or we made a mistake (like the wrong photo or product), tell us within [7] days and we'll remake it or refund it. A photo of the problem helps us sort it out quickly.

Changing your mind

Since each order is personalized, we can't refund orders that were made as requested. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible: if we haven't started printing, we'll do our best to help. [Jade to confirm the cancellation window.]

Party favours and custom designs

Once you've approved a design and we've started making your favours, they can't be cancelled. [Jade to confirm whether the design fee is refundable.]

Rush orders

If we miss the need-by date on a rush order, we'll refund the rush fee. [Jade to confirm.]
